About the Role:

Glowing Embers RV Park is seeking an experienced, organized, and hands-on Campground Manager to join our team year-round. In this vital role, you will direct the overall business and property operations of the campground. The ideal candidate pairs strong administrative leadership with practical, hands-on facility maintenance experience to ensure a safe, functional, and high-quality environment for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Property Maintenance: Oversee overall park maintenance, coordinate repairs, and manage small facility projects in alignment with the provided budget.

Hands-on Support: Actively perform Campground Crew duties as required, including both front desk operations and physical park maintenance.

Guest Relations: Address guest concerns, enforce park rules, and handle difficult situations with a calm, firm, and kind approach.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, direct,



and support campground staff and volunteers.

Daily Operations: Oversee front office and campsite operations to ensure a seamless visitor experience.

Administration: Manage ordering, record-keeping, timesheets, daily closeout reconciliations, and operational policy development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience in property maintenance, facility management, or basic trades/handyman work is preferred.

Leadership: Strong supervisory or team management experience.

Service: Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Certifications: Valid First Aid Level 1 certificate (or must obtain within 6 months of hire).

Clearance: Current criminal record check.
