We're looking for reliable, safety-minded Warehouse Assistants/Lumpers to join our client's night warehouse operations in Brampton. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced distribution environment where accuracy, ownership, and teamwork matter.
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7pm to 3am or 8pm to 4am
Salary: $21.63/hr
Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Case and pallet picking and staging outbound orders accurately, within established timelines, ahead of drivers' morning arrival
- Receiving, checking in, and putting away inbound stock
- Ensuring accuracy and proper securement
- Contributing to general warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Supporting the team with additional tasks as operations require
- Experience and certification in Walkie and/or Raymond Reach is an asset
Minimum Qualifications:
- Availability to work Monday-Friday overnight
- Lifting to 35Ibs repetitively and comfortable on your feet for the duration of a shift, minus breaks
- 1+ years of warehouse or distribution center experience
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and safety
- Reliable, punctual, and self-directed when needed
- Fluent in English and have strong teamwork skills
- Secondary School education (preferred)
- A explicit criminal background check will be required
