We are looking for a full-time Front of House team member to join our team at Aroma Espresso Bar.

This position is approximately 30-40 hours per week and requires full availability, including weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays. We are looking for someone who wants consistent, long-term work.

As part of our Front of House team, you’ll be working directly with customers, taking orders, working cash, preparing drinks, running food, stocking and keeping the front of the store clean and organized.

We are a busy location, so we need someone who can move quickly, multitask and stay organized during a rush.

- Is reliable and shows up on time
- Has full availability
- Is looking for approximately 30-40 hours per week
- Is comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment
- Is friendly and confident with customers




- Can multitask and work with a sense of urgency
- Takes initiative and helps where needed
- Works well as part of a team
- Is willing to learn all Front of House positions

Previous café, restaurant or customer service experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person.
