We are seeking an experienced Wealth Management Domain Consultant to bridge business and technology teams in delivering strategic wealth management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in wealth management operations, investment products, portfolio management, client onboarding, advisory services, and regulatory compliance. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and project management offices to drive transformation initiatives and enhance client experience.
Experience with TD Wealth is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a Wealth Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) for business and technology initiatives.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
Collaborate with product, operations, and technology teams to design and implement wealth management solutions.
Provide domain guidance on:
Portfolio Management
Investment Advisory
Managed Accounts
Financial Planning
Client Onboarding & KYC
Retirement & Estate Planning
Mutual Funds, Equities, Fixed Income, ETFs, and Alternative Investments
Support digital transformation initiatives across advisor and client channels.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, UAT support, and stakeholder reviews.
Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses for business process changes.
Define business rules, workflows, and data requirements.
Assist QA and UAT teams in validating business requirements and test scenarios.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from CAD 70/hr to CAD 85/hr .
