Gravel Crushing Positions — Tower Operators, Heavy Equipment Operators & Crushing Supervisors

We take pride in our spreads, our iron, and our people. We're building long-term crushing crews — not just filling seats.
Location: various locations in Saskatchewan
Schedules: 14 days on / 7 off
Wages: Depending on experience and role
Iron you'll work with:
- Cedarapids MVP380 & 45II Cones
- Cedarapids Jaw Plants (22x36 & 30x42)
- Cedarapids Screens
- Full Cat support fleet
What we provide:
- LOA: $60 when hotel supplied, $120/day if you bring your own accommodations

What we need:
- Real crushing experience (jaw,
cone, screen)
- Mechanical sense — fix problems before they become shutdowns
- Strong safety mindset
- Required tickets/certifications: [e.g., specific equipment certs, Class 1/3 license — specify per role]
- Crushing Supervisors: [2 years leading a crushing crew / supervisory experience required]
- Pre-employment drug & alcohol testing, and a current driver's abstract
