Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced, professional and high energy individual to join our growing craft team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a fast paced workplace and takes pride in delivering exceptional food and beverage service to high profile Clients and Agency teams. The successful candidate is organized, proactive, and able to maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure in a dynamic, mobile food service environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the daily operation of a high-volume Craft Services food truck serving television, film, commercial, and live production crews.
- Prepare, stock, and replenish food, beverages, snacks, and specialty items throughout the day while maintaining exceptional presentation.
- Ensure service areas remain clean, organized, fully stocked, and production-ready at all times.
- Provide friendly, professional, and discreet customer service to cast, crew, agency representatives, producers, and clients.
- Maintain food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and safe food handling practices in accordance with health regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or ordering needs to management.
- Assist with food preparation, beverage service, and accommodating dietary restrictions and special requests.
- Operate efficiently within tight production schedules while adapting to changing call times, locations, and service demands.
- Maintain cleanliness of the food truck, equipment, storage areas, and service stations.
- Handle cashless transactions or production meal tracking when required.




- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless service throughout the production day.
- Represent the company professionally on set, maintaining confidentiality and respecting the unique environment of film and television productions.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in Craft Services, catering, food service, hospitality, or mobile food operations not required but considered an asset.
- Ability to work long hours, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as production schedules require.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's licence is considered an asset.
- A proactive attitude with problem-solving skills to address unforeseen challenges swiftly
