In this position, you’ll need…
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish languages.
- Completion of a DA program from an accredited college (preferred).
- Must be HARP certified.
- Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on patient care.
- Utilize technology and digital communication systems for patient interactions.
- Demonstrate kindness, patience, and resilience in a quick-paced environment.
- Performs other tasks as assigned by management.
