Product Specialist — Velocity Ford, Moose Jaw

About the role

Velocity Ford is looking for a Product Specialist to join our sales team in Moose Jaw. If you like people, you're curious about vehicles, and you'd rather help someone find the right truck or SUV than push them into one, this is a good fit. You'll be the person guests meet when they walk onto the lot or into the showroom, and you'll guide them through everything from a first look to the test drive to driving home in the right Ford or used vehicle.

This is a paid, full time position with training provided. Product knowledge can be taught — we're more interested in your attitude, your work ethic, and how you treat people.

What you'll do

- Greet guests when they arrive and make them feel welcome, whether they're ready to buy or just starting to look
- Get to know what each customer actually needs — how they'll use the vehicle, what matters to them, and what their budget looks like — and match them to the right new or pre-owned Ford
- Walk customers through vehicle features, trim differences, and technology like Ford SYNC, towing capability, and available driver-assist systems in plain language
- Take customers on test drives and answer their questions honestly along the way
- Follow up with leads and past guests by phone, text, and email, and keep your notes and appointments current in our CRM
- Work alongside the sales and finance teams to move deals forward and keep the experience smooth from start to finish




- Stay current on the Ford lineup — F-150, Super Duty, Bronco, Bronco Sport and whatever's new — so you can speak to it with confidence
- Represent Velocity Ford and the Velocity-West Autogroup well, both in the store and out in the Moose Jaw community

What we're looking for

- People skills first — you're comfortable striking up a conversation and genuinely enjoy helping others
- Clear, honest communication, in person and in writing
- A self-starter who follows up without being reminded and takes ownership of their customers
- Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn our CRM and the vehicle tech you'll be demonstrating
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a retail schedule that includes some evenings and Saturdays
- A valid Saskatchewan driver's licence with a clean abstract
- Previous sales, hospitality, or customer-service experience is an asset, but not required — we'll train the right person
