Green Theory Design is a manufacturer of metal planters and site furnishings for urban environments. We are looking for a Grinder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with grinding and polishing metal and other materials, as well as experience with using various grinding tools and machines. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a fast-paced and growing team with options for advancement. Multiple shift options available.

Responsibilities:

- Operate grinding machines to grind and shape metal and other materials.
- Inspect parts for defects and ensure conformance to specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on grinding machines.
- Set up and adjust grinding machines to grind parts to specified dimensions.
- Lift and stage products on the powder coating racks




- Keeping a clean and secure work environment
