We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Maintenance Mechanic to join our agile manufacturing team. Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery, boilers, and other industrial equipment to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues using schematics, technical manuals, and analysis skills.
- Conduct repairs involving welding, low voltage electrical work, and mechanical adjustments to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Assist with the installation of current equipment following safety standards and schematic diagrams.
- Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance procedures and support manufacturing efficiency while maintaining high safety standards.
Requirements
- Mechanical knowledge related to industrial maintenance including familiarity with schematics, pumps, motors, boilers, and welding techniques.
- Solid analysis skills for diagnosing issues quickly and accurately in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to read technical schematics and mechanical drawings effectively.
- Good communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork collaboration.
- Prior experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
