- $80.00/hour – 40 hours per week
- $20,000 Retention Bonus ($10,000/year for first 2 years)

Schedule That Respects Your Life:
Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (rotational)
Sundays: Closed – guaranteed day off every week

What You'll Do
- Lead all pharmacy operations with full managerial autonomy
- Mentor and support a dedicated team of assistants
- Provide clinical consultations, medication reviews, and patient counselling
- Ensure compliance with all College of Pharmacists of BC standards
- Manage inventory and drive operational efficiency
- Be the face of a trusted independent pharmacy in the Whistler community
What You Bring
- Active and good-standing license with the College of Pharmacists of BC
- Previous management or supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting
- Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A passion for independent pharmacy and patient-centered care
