EMMO is one of Canada’s leading electric bike companies. We operate a warehouse in Mississauga, three retail stores across the GTA, and a network of 200+ dealers nationwide.

We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and sales-driven E-Bike Sales Associate to join our Mississauga store.

Job Overview

This is an in-store sales role focused on helping customers choose the right electric bike and supporting them throughout the buying process.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, is confident speaking with people, has real interest in bicycles and e-bikes, and wants to close deals. The role also involves some physical work, including moving bikes, supporting basic PDI, and handling heavier products when needed.

Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right bike or product
- Explain product features, differences, and benefits clearly and confidently
- Support test rides and basic product demonstrations
- Follow up with leads and help move customers toward purchase
- Work toward sales goals and contribute to store performance
- Follow company sales process, pricing, and store procedures
- Support basic PDI and bike preparation when needed
- Move, stage, and organize bikes in the showroom and store
- Assist with general store tasks and maintain a clean, professional showroom
- Work as part of the team to deliver a strong customer experience

Requirements

- Strong interest in bicycles, e-bikes, or related products
- Able to ride and confidently handle bicycles
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking with customers
- Sales-driven and motivated to close deals
- Good English communication skills




- Self-motivated, responsible, and coachable
- Able to follow company process and work in a disciplined way
- Comfortable with some physical work, including moving and lifting bikes
- Able to support basic PDI and hands-on store tasks
- Reliable and punctual

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous retail sales experience
- Experience in bicycle, e-bike, powersports, sporting goods, or automotive sales
- Familiarity with e-bike products and components
- Basic mechanical or assembly skills
- Customer service and lead follow-up experience

Physical Requirements

- This role involves standing, walking, moving bikes, and physical store support
- Must be comfortable lifting and moving heavy products
- Some bikes are larger and heavier than standard bicycles

Compensation

- Base pay + sales commission
- Robust earning potential for motivated sales performers

Schedule

- Full-time
- Weekend availability required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
