Warehouse Lead - Ecommerce & FBA Fulfillment

Fuel Supplements is a growing supplement retail and ecommerce business. We're scaling our Port Coquitlam fulfillment warehouse and preparing to move into a larger facility — so this is a role with real room to grow.

We're looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on Warehouse Lead to own the day-to-day operation of our Port Coquitlam fulfillment warehouse. You'll lead a small team of 3–4+ people, drive our Amazon FBA and ecommerce shipments from start to finish, and keep inventory organized, accurate, and moving.

This is a leadership role for someone who communicates clearly, works fast, and takes pride in a well-run warehouse.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own the receiving, organizing, and fulfilling of all warehouse inventory

- Lead and direct a daily team of 3–4+ staff, setting the standard for organization, accuracy, and productivity

- Build and complete Amazon FBA shipments start to finish (target 3+ pallets/day) — including pallet building, wrapping, labeling, and loading

- Manage shipment strategy to keep costs down (consolidating loads, coordinating carrier pickups)

- Process Amazon and store returns, scanning inventory back into our system

- Receive invoices, verify quantities and pricing, and flag damaged or missing product

- Keep inventory accurate — reconcile counts, check transfers, and maintain organized, labeled stock

- Provide clear end-of-day handoffs on what was completed and what's next

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Strong attention to detail and clear, consistent communication — you keep your team and managers in the loop





- Comfortable leading and holding a small team accountable

- Technologically adept: able to navigate Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Canada, work with CSV files, and use basic productivity software (e.g. Word)

- Typing speed of 50+ WPM

- Full-time, on-site availability Monday to Friday within 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (AM start times; sometimes as early as 8:00 AM on high-volume days)

- Must be comfortable with regular heavy lifting and physical warehouse work

NICE TO HAVE (not required)

- 2+ years of warehouse experience (we'll consider 1–4 years)

- Ecommerce or inventory management experience

- Experience leading a team of 3–4 people or more

- Forklift and/or pallet jack operation

- Pallet building and wrapping experience

- Experience building and sending out shipments / creating shipping manifests (we train this)

- Warehouse safety and/or first aid training

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

- $21–$26 per hour, based on experience

- Full-time benefits after a 3-month probation period

SCHEDULE

Full-time | Monday to Friday | Available within 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

A vehicle is helpful but not required.
