About Us
Rocky Demolition is a growing company specializing in demolition, asbestos abatement, junk removal, and environmental services throughout Metro Vancouver. We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support our daily operations and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
* Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally.
* Communicate with customers, contractors, and suppliers.
* Schedule site inspections and coordinate appointments.
* Prepare quotes, invoices, and basic office documents.
* Maintain organized digital and paper files.
* Follow up with customers regarding estimates and bookings.
* Assist with permit applications and project documentation.
* Support management with administrative tasks.
* Update spreadsheets, databases, and company records.
* Perform general office duties as required.
Qualifications
* Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
* Strong customer service and professional phone etiquette.
* Previous office or administrative experience is an asset.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced environment.
* Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
* Experience in the construction, restoration, or environmental industry is an asset but not required.
