The Career Foundation is currently seeking a Warehouse Worker on behalf of one of our employer partners.

A growing organization that strives to exceed the expectations of our clients is currently looking for self-motivated, enthusiastic candidates for the position of Warehouse Worker in Ottawa store location on Heron Road.

A security background check will be required.

Job Details:

- Excellent communication skills
- Responsible for the effective and effective flow of merchandise in a mid volume Warehouse
- Identify areas of improvement and converse with Management for transitions
- Process-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Prepare receiving area and organize equipment
- Excellent documentation skills
- Experience in shipping/receiving (forklift experience is not required)
- Work in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Work independently without supervision
- Maintain internal record-keeping system and other administrative duties




- Highly organized, detail organized and excellent planning skills
- High energy with a positive attitude
- Ability to work diligently in down-times
- Reliable, trustworthy and punctual
- Pride in work
- Proactive in maintaining a clean/organized work environment
- Computer literate
- Ability to provide 3 work references with at least 2 from Direct Supervisors

Physical Qualifications:

- Must be in good physical shape
- Ability to lift 40 lbs above the waist and handle heavy loads repeatedly
- Repetitive motion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
