Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise all store activities, ensuring operational efficiency and exceptional customer service.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff and volunteers to foster a motivated and positive work environment.
- Manage accepting, sorting and pricing donations.
- Merchandising, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to maximize sales opportunities.
- Oversee cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) systems, with accuracy and integrity.
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract customers and promote store promotions effectively.
- Monitor sales performance, and develop action plans to meet or exceed targets.
- Maintain organized administrative records, conduct regular staff meetings, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements





- Proven supervising or management experience within retail sales or store management roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff , volunteers and foster a positive work environment.
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math for accuracy.
- Experience in recruiting, training & development, and conducting interviews to build an effective team.
- Sound organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple responsibilities.
- Knowledge of merchandising, marketing strategies, and administrative tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to handle customer service issues professionally.
