CNC Machinist (Milling & Turning)

Affinity Manufacturing is a precision machining company specializing in high-quality custom components for industrial customers across North America. We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist with strong milling and turning skills to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

- Program, edit, and optimize CNC programs as required
- Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T;
- Produce precision components to tight tolerances
- Perform inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring equipment
- Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues
- Edit CNC programs and optimize machining processes
- Maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards

Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of CNC machining experience
- Strong setup and operation experience on CNC mills and lathes
- CNC programming experience is an asset
- Experience with Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, Mastercam,



or GibbsCAM preferred
- Strong blueprint reading and inspection skills
- Experience machining aluminum, stainless steel, alloy steels, and plastics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
