One of our clients (Alhidayah Islamic School in North York, ON) is looking for an elementary teacher.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree

- Teaching experience or relevant experience

- Ability to support the delivery of quality education to students

- Ability to guide students in character development throughout the education process

- Communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to actively and positively interact with parents

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards

- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students

- Assess student progress and provide feedback on their performance

- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom setting

- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student learning

- Attend professional development sessions to enhance teaching skills

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of subject matter and curriculum standards

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain discipline





- Adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students

- Patience and empathy when working with students of different abilities

- Organizational skills to plan lessons and manage student records
