Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support project objectives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Excel VBA to visualize key metrics and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to deliver iterative solutions efficiently.
- Design and optimize databases, including Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle, ensuring data integrity and performance for analytics purposes.
- Conduct data analysis using SQL, R, Python, and Bash (Unix shell) to extract insights, identify patterns, and support strategic decision-making.
- Facilitate project management activities by creating process flows in Visio, tracking progress,



and managing SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) phases.
- Support the development of analytical models and perform business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements or automation.

Skills

- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI for creating compelling dashboards.
- Strong understanding of Agile project management practices and SDLC frameworks.
- Expertise in database design, SQL querying (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle), and data analysis skills.
- Experience with programming languages including R, Python, VBA, and Bash (Unix shell).
- Solid knowledge of business analysis techniques, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder communication.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms like Visio for process mapping and project documentation.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets to inform strategic decisions.

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
