The time has finally come for Old Yale Brewing Craft Brewery + Kitchen Chilliwack to reopen its doors, but first we need to fill it with some awesome people…aka YOU!

Old Yale Brewing opened our doors way back in 1999 and since our start, we’ve always stayed true to our roots, seeking perfect balance using the finest, all-natural ingredients to craft truly one-of-a-kind beers and delicious campfire-inspired food.

We are a craft beer-loving, adventure-seeking, dog-crazed, food-obsessed, family-centric, down-to-earth team that crafts and shares exceptional experiences for our community and team members, because they deserve it!

The Role

At Old Yale Brewing, our Expeditors (Expos) are the vital connection between the kitchen and front-of-house teams. You'll help ensure every dish leaves the kitchen accurately, efficiently, and to OYB's quality standards while supporting smooth service and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate communication between kitchen and service teams.
- Verify order accuracy, presentation, and quality before food leaves the kitchen.
- Manage service flow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Communicate dietary restrictions, allergies, and special requests.
- Support takeout orders, service recovery,



and daily operations.
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards.

Key Qualifications

- Hospitality or food service experience is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations.
- Passion for hospitality, food, and craft beer.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work flexible hours.
