Responsibilities
- Perform residential, commercial, office, and Airbnb cleaning services
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists and company standards
- Maintain excellent attention to detail
- Arrive on time and communicate professionally with clients and our office
- Work independently while maintaining a high standard of quality
- Report any damages or concerns promptly
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional cleaning experience (required)
- Experience cleaning residential homes, commercial buildings, offices, and Airbnb properties
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Must have a smartphone with internet access
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, honest,
and professional
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- Ability to pass a background check is considered an asset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working as an independent cleaning contractor
- Liability insurance (or willingness to obtain it)
- Ability to work weekdays, evenings, or weekends as needed
