E-Commerce Coordinator

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Key Account Manager, the eCommerce Coordinator is tasked with growing Company online sales in the home products category. Responsible for managing and growing sales with a portfolio of online customers that include Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy and Wayfair, Home Depot and other assigned customers

Responsible for the day-to-day execution of the tactical requirements and expectations of eCommerce customers with retailer ecom platforms.

This is a hybrid position, with office in Milton.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Marketing to oversee online item set-up and content creation (product photography, descriptions, videos) to build product excitement and drive sales.
- Develop and execute unique brand pages and store fronts, online promotions/campaigns for assigned customer and manage trade marketing activities.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to streamline onboarding and product information maintenance using Salsify.
- Communicate and report eCommerce business performance to the company and customer in a timely manner, identifying insights and action steps to improve business performance
- Facilitate daily communication with clients for inquiries or requests pertaining to service status, scheduling, reporting, or general support needs.




- Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Required skills and background

- Minimum Canadian university degree or college certification in Ecomm Retail Management
- Knowledge, experience, and expertise in consumer product industry eCommerce space.
- Minimum of 2 years digital sales experience with a demonstrated track record in online campaign and content management and development: Amazon and major North American retailers.
- Proficient working experience working with online marketplaces, webstores for major retailers e.g. Amazon, The Home Depot, retailer platforms etc.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office applications with a strong focus on advanced excel.
- Excellent writing and communication skills. Proficient and effective communication skills on email, conference calls, and in person with clients.
- High proficiency in English, both written and oral.
- Strong self-starter, works independently, that enjoys working in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Experience working with NetSuite or other CRM and integrated sales platform.

Pay: $38,055.26-$65,000.00 per year
