Position Summary:
The Marketing Associate supports the development and execution of marketing strategies that promote Auro Pharma products to healthcare professionals, distributors, and other stakeholders. This is an entry-level role for a candidate with some prior experience who combines day-to-day marketing operations with hands-on graphic design work. The role assists with campaign implementation, market research, promotional material design and development, and coordination with cross-functional teams to help achieve brand and sales objectives while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Campaign Support

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for pharmaceutical products.
- Support the development of promotional materials such as brochures, presentations, digital content, and product literature.




- Coordinate marketing activities including events, webinars, conferences, and product launches.

2. Market Research & Analysis

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Collect and analyze marketing and sales data to evaluate campaign performance.
- Prepare reports and presentations to support marketing strategy decisions.

3. Graphic Design & Creative Support

- Design and edit promotional materials (brochures, flyers, social media graphics, presentations) using Canva and the Affinity Suite (Affinity Designer, Affinity Photo, Affinity Publisher).
- Adapt corporate templates and layouts, ensuring visual brand consistency across digital and print materials.
- Perform basic photo editing, image resizing, and file preparation (print-ready and web-ready formats) for marketing collateral.
- Support the creation of simple motion graphics or short-form video content for social media and digital campaigns.

4. Content & Promotional Material Development

- Help create and review marketing materials to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
- Work with internal teams and external agencies for design, production, and distribution of promotional content.
- Maintain marketing collateral libraries and product information resources.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

- Collaborate with sales, regulatory affairs, medical affairs, and product management teams.
- Support alignment between marketing initiatives and sales strategies.
- Assist in managing relationships with vendors, advertising agencies, and event organizers.

6. Compliance & Documentation

- Ensure all marketing materials comply with pharmaceutical regulations and internal approval processes.
- Maintain records of approved promotional materials and campaign documentation.

Administrative & Operational Support

- Assist with budgeting and tracking marketing expenses.
- Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide logistical support for marketing programs and initiatives.

Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or related operational roles; internships, academic projects, or freelance design work will also be considered. Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry is a plus but not required.

Skills & Technical Knowledge

- Graphic design: proficiency in Canva (Pro) and the Affinity Suite (Affinity Designer, Affinity Photo, Affinity Publisher); familiarity with market-equivalent tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or CorelDRAW is a plus.
- Understanding of print and digital production: file formats (AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPG), resolution and color-mode requirements, and application of brand guidelines.
- Social Media Management and scheduling tools (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar).
- Content Management Systems (WordPress) and basic email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
- Basic video editing and short-form content creation (CapCut, Canva Video, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar).
- Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint, Sheets, Slides) for reporting and presentations.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or similar).
