Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Parts Manager to lead our parts department with enthusiasm and precision. In this role, you will oversee the procurement, inventory management, and distribution of parts essential to our operations. Duties

- Manage the entire parts inventory lifecycle, including sourcing, procurement, warehousing, and distribution to meet operational demands.
- Oversee shipping & receiving processes, ensuring accurate order picking, packaging, and timely delivery through freight carriers.
- Utilize Data Management system to track inventory levels, analyze data, and forecast demand for optimal stock levels.
- Implement process improvements in warehouse distribution, materials management, and order fulfillment to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with purchasing teams on pricing strategies, sourcing new suppliers, and negotiating contracts to maximize value.
- Maintain accurate records using DMS and supply chain data analysis skills for continuous improvement.
- Supervise staff on safety protocols,



proper handling of materials while ensuring compliance with shipping & packaging standards.
- Supervise and train counter staff on cross-selling, upselling and product look up.
- Work with OEM programs to optimize discounts and order periods.

Skills

- Extensive experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, and materials management within a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems.
- Extensive Experience managing people.
- Extensive sales experience.
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret inventory trends, demand planning data, and supply chain metrics for informed decision-making.
- Knowledge of procurement processes including sourcing, pricing negotiations, and vendor relationship management.
- Ability to implement process improvements that enhance efficiency across operations.
- Experience with e-commerce logistics, order picking systems, packaging standards.

Pay: $44,024.37-$90,000.00 per year
