Candidates must be outgoing and have above average phone skills. Experience as a Service Advisor in the Automotive industry, highly motivated with good organizational and people skills. This position is suitable for someone who thrives in a quick paced, team, and customer focused environment.

Proficient in CDK & Automotive service writing/ warranty experience.

The right candidate will possess attention to detail in a fast paced growing environment.

Duties

- Greet customers promptly and professionally, establishing a positive rapport.
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs, ensuring customer understanding.
- Prepare repair orders, estimate costs, and communicate timelines effectively.




- Upsell additional services or maintenance based on vehicle needs and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper documentation.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Maintain organized records of all service activities and customer interactions.

Skills

- Proven dealership or mechanic experience is required, with strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Sales skills with an aptitude for upselling services to enhance customer value.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and record keeping.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes is highly desirable, along with familiarity with dealership operations. Pay: $55,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

Pay: $38,830.53-$91,824.97 per year
