Job Overview
NILAC Academy is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English as a Second Language (ESL) Teacher to join our team. We are looking for educators who are passionate about helping students improve their English communication skills for academic, skilled, and everyday success.

Qualifications

- First-language English speaker with a Canadian, American, British, Australian accent preferred.
- Applicants must demonstrate native-level spoken and written English proficiency.
- Valid TESL Ontario, TESL Canada, or an equivalent recognized TESL certification is required.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in TESOL, TEFL, Applied Linguistics, or Teaching English as a Second Language (required).
- Experience teaching ESL to adult learners, General English, Academic English, Business English, or CLB-based programs is an asset.
- Experience teaching adult learners and preparing students for CELPIP, IELTS, or CAEL is an asset.
- Strong classroom management, lesson planning, and student assessment skills.

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
