What You'll Do

- Welcome customers into our beautiful new Cambridge showroom and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
- Demonstrate our premium sleep and wellness products with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Help customers find solutions that best meet their individual needs through consultative selling.
- Answer customer inquiries by phone, email, and online chat.
- Follow up with qualified leads through outbound calls and emails.
- Build lasting customer relationships based on trust, education, and outstanding service.
- Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM system (Keap).
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and inviting.
- Assist with showroom opening and closing duties.
- Work closely with our experienced team to ensure every customer receives exceptional service from their first visit through delivery.

Qualifications

- Previous retail, showroom, or consultative sales experience preferred.
- Customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
- CRM experience (Keap/Infusionsoft) is an asset but not required.

$40,000–$50,000+ per year, including commission opportunities.
