Duties
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to identify their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features clearly to enhance customer understanding and interest
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and basic math calculations accurately during checkout processes
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customers and promote featured products effectively
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment, product placement, and monitoring stock levels
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with technology products is a plus
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Strong communication skills, phone etiquette, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role
- Basic math skills, cash handling experience, and familiarity with POS systems are necessary for daily operations
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
