Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional cleaning services in residential and commercial settings.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize a variety of surfaces and areas.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, offices, hallways, common areas, and other assigned spaces.
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations.
- Restock supplies and maintain cleaning equipment in positive working condition.
- Follow established cleaning procedures, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Identify and report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or property damage.
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete scheduled assignments efficiently.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude when interacting with clients.
- Secure client properties by following company access and security procedures.
- Adapt to different cleaning environments and client requirements as needed.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Physically capable of performing repetitive cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience is an asset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, as required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Must be bondable.

Hiring Process

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
