Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Punch Press Operator(Finn Power) to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate punch press machines to shape and cut metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the production of high-quality parts, ensuring that all products meet strict quality standards. Responsibilities

- Set up and operate punch press machines, ensuring proper alignment and calibration for each job
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and dimensions for each part
- Use hand tools, calipers, and other measuring devices to verify dimensions and quality of finished products
- Perform routine maintenance on punch press equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process, identifying and addressing any defects or inconsistencies
- Collaborate with team members on assembly tasks, supporting the overall manufacturing workflow
- Maintain accurate production logs, shift reports, and equipment maintenance records

Requirements





- Proven experience operating punch press machines or similar manufacturing equipment
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues quickly
- Familiarity with CNC laser cutting, plasma cutting, CNC programming, CNC milling machines, CNC lathe, and press brake machines is highly desirable
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and use measurement tools such as calipers effectively
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality checks
- Knowledge of welding, machining processes, and quality inspection standards preferred
- Experience with hand tools, forklift operation, crane operation, and mechanical assembly is a plus
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment while adhering to all safety protocols
