Overview
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Residential Cleaners to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients’ homes, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment. Your positive attitude and strong work ethic will help us deliver exceptional service that exceeds expectations.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common areas
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment effectively to achieve high standards of cleanliness
- Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment for efficiency and safety
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Demonstrate excellent time management to complete tasks within scheduled timeframes
Experience
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
