Responsibilities

- Provide professional nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization to ensure a safe setting for clients and staff.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences, recommend suitable treatments, and upsell retail products to enhance their experience.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a friendly atmosphere, listening attentively to client needs, and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Promote retail sales by educating clients on nail care products and other beauty items that complement their treatments.
- Keep workstations clean, organized,



and fully stocked with necessary supplies throughout each shift.
- Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing education.

Requirements

- Proven experience in nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, and advanced nail art techniques.
- Strong communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper sterilization procedures for tools and equipment.
- Ability to perform body waxing services is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is appreciated.
- Enthusiasm for upselling retail products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
