Overview
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated woodworker/ shop hand to start helping in the Adrift wood shop. We recently have seen amazing growth and need someone to help produce hand made bed frames at volume. We need someone that is eager, energized and hard working. Someone who can process, cut, sand, assemble and package products quickly and with quality. Work creatively with your hands and your head. Most of the work will be processing rough lumber, cutting, routering and lots of sanding, with a final assembly and quality inspection. High quality control as each project progresses. You will collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time, to quality and to volume.

Responsibilities

- Produce large batches of hand made bedframes. Starting from a cut list through to the finished product.
- Sanding
- Craft and assemble components using ( Planer, table saw, chop saw, jointer, router, a tape measurer etc) ,



ensuring precision and quality in every piece.
- Be able to maintain, clean and or fix tools when needed.
- Collaborate with team members on large projects, providing input on implemented systems to increase efficiency and production.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Following safety standards while operating tools.
- Hold Great attention to detail throughout the process of each project and be able to confidently address any mistakes made and come up with solutions.

Experience

- Proven experience in woodworking or a related field is essential.
- Familiarity with tools and woodworking machinery is essential.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
