Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, confident, and reliable Physiotherapist to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual therapy and rehabilitation exercises, with a genuine passion for helping patients reach their goals. You will have the opportunity to work in a well-equipped facility that emphasizes individualized care, with ample support and mentorship from a senior Physiotherapist.
Working Days: Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough initial assessments, including detailed patient history and physical examination.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical findings and evidence-based practices.
- Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to promote optimal recovery.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals,
including family physicians and orthopedic surgeons, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, case discussions, and mentorship opportunities.

Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO).
- Strong skills in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, and patient education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Highly motivated, reliable, and a team player who is dedicated to delivering patient-centered care.
- Experience in an outpatient clinical setting is an asset, but not mandatory. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $72.50-$87.24 per hour
