Full-time position

- Experience in customer service is an asset

- No optical experience required. The person will be trained and coached by our team.

- Excellent oral communication skills in French (English not required)

- Computer literate (tablet and computer)

Job description:

- Opening and closing the clinic

- Greet patients with courtesy and professionalism

- Prepare and update patient files





- Handle billing and cash receipts

- Confirm patient appointments

- Receive calls

- File scanning

- Manage and administer patient files

- Various administrative tasks in support of various departments

- Assist optometrists in managing schedules, follow-ups and documentation

- Participate in clinical supplies inventory management

Evening Schedule : Tuesday

Weekend Schedule : Saturday
