Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Assistant Manager for Best Brewing to lead our team with enthusiasm and expertise. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional food service, and foster a positive team environment. Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards of food handling and safety
- Lead and manage the team, providing coaching, training, and support to foster a collaborative work environment
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and consistency in every dish served
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Assist in managing restaurant workflows, including serving guests efficiently and resolving any customer concerns promptly
- Support kitchen staff in food industry best practices, including food preparation, sanitation, and inventory management
- Collaborate with management to implement strategies that enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or food service setting
- Robust background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
- Extensive restaurant management experience with a focus on hospitality excellence
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on serving guests and supporting team members
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
