Job description
We are hiring! We are looking for qualified swim instructors with experience teaching/instructing swim, and water safety knowledge.
Instructors will be expected to teach a group of 4 maximum of similar or different levels and be able to provide a fun learning experience at our pool! Looking for upbeat, enthusiastic, and caring instructors.
Part time hours: 10 per week
Schedule:
- Sundays 9:30-2pm starting October
- Mondays 4-7pm starting September
Minimum Commitment:
12 weeks
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Teaching: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- SFA with CPR-C (need not be current)
- NLS (need not be current)
- Swim Instructor, Lifesaving Instructor, First Aid Instructor or equivalent (need not be current)
Location:
Sunday: Downsview Secondary School
Monday: 2 Champagne Drive
