Biomedical Technician

We are seeking a full time, permanent Biomedical Technician for one of our rapidly expanding medical devices clients to support the ongoing growth and expansion of their Montreal site. The incumbent will be responsible for assembling, calibrating, and ensuring the quality of medical devices with electronic and mechanical components in a regulated environment. The role requires strict adherence to quality assurance procedures, precise documentation, and contributions to production efficiency, reporting to the Production Manager.

Key Accountabilities:

- Assemble,



calibrate, and test medical devices
- Program firmware onto PCBs
- Maintain documentation for compliance and traceability
- Operate and update ERP system modules
- Perform preventive maintenance and assist with repairs
- Manage shipments and monitor stock levels
- Train new employees and support administrative tasks

Requirements:

- Experience with assembling electromechanical devices
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures
- Ability to maintain meticulous documentation for quality assurance
- Effective work planning and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment (i.e., ISO 13485) with detailed documentation of production steps (i.e., medical devices, aeronautics) is an asset
