Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various maintenance, cleaning, and facility-related tasks to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. This role offers an opportunity to develop hands-on skills in facilities maintenance and custodial services while contributing to the overall safety and cleanliness of our operations.

Responsibilities

- Conduct routine cleaning and custodial duties, including commercial cleaning of designated areas
- Support heavy lifting tasks to move equipment, materials, or supplies safely and efficiently
- Pick up and delivery of vehicles to customer's location
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding work progress or issues
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times to ensure a safe working setting
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled shifts

Qualifications

- Prior experience with custodial work, facilities maintenance,



or related fields is preferred but not required
- Class 5 driver's license.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Good communication skills for effective teamwork and customer service interactions
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, heavy lifting, and perform manual tasks throughout the shift
