Job Overview

In this role, you will be instrumental in executing various construction projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency. Your expertise will help transform blueprints and schematics into tangible structures, contributing to the successful completion of commercial restoration projects.

Duties

- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction tasks.
- Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely and efficiently to perform tasks such as demolition, framing, siding installation, and carpentry.
- Read and understand schematics for electrical, plumbing, or structural components to ensure exact implementation.
- Use hand tools and woodworking techniques to construct frameworks, walls, or custom structures.
- Assist with restoration projects by replacing structures or surfaces.
- Conduct heavy lifting and manual labor as needed to move materials and support team efforts.
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment at all times.

Skills





- Proficiency in understanding technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of finishing techniques and woodworking skills.
- Experience with siding installation and general carpentry work.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts or excavators safely.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools for various construction tasks.
- Familiarity with schematics related to electrical or plumbing systems is a plus.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged standing environments.
- Knowledge of welding techniques for structural repairs or custom fabrications.
- Experience in restoration projects involving structural refurbishments.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
