Part-Time Sign Installer / Property Maintenance Crew (Flexible Hours)

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to assist with residential and commercial sign installation on a flexible, part-time basis. This is a great prospect for someone looking to make extra money on weekends, during the week, or around an existing schedule.

Whether you are experienced in exterior maintenance/installations or just a quick learner with a strong work ethic, we are willing to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Install various commercial and residential signs (parking signs, property notices, directional signage).

Drive U-channel posts into soil, grass, or asphalt.

Drill and anchor signage into concrete, asphalt, masonry, or existing metal poles.

Perform basic site prep and clean-up to ensure installations are level, secure, and professional.

Work independently on assigned job sites and maintain good communication on progress.

Requirements

Vehicle:



Must have your own reliable truck or cargo van suitable for transporting posts, signs, and basic tools. (Mileage is compensated).

Work Ethic: Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working outdoors independently.

Physical Capability: Able to handle manual labor, heavy hand tools (e.g., post drivers, hammer drills), and lift up to 50 lbs.

Experience: Prior experience with sign installation, landscaping, fencing, or general handyperson/construction work is preferred, but willing to train the right person.
