Responsibilities
- Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires with precision and efficiency.
- Perform oil changes, fluid top-offs, and other routine vehicle maintenance tasks.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify mechanical issues or safety concerns.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete repairs and maintenance.
- Assist customers by explaining services needed and recommending additional maintenance or products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work setting,
adhering to safety protocols.
- Support the sales team by promoting relevant products and services during customer interactions.
Skills
- Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to lift heavy tires and equipment safely during daily tasks.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with automotive maintenance procedures and safety standards.
- Basic sales skills to recommend appropriate products or services confidently.
