Job Responsibilities
- Providing the highest standard of Client services as the first point of contact for all clients and visitors to the shop by greeting in a welcoming manner
- Answering the Glass Shop Phone line and directing phone calls
- Booking Appointments for phone in customers as well as referrals
- Monitoring general email box by replying to request or sending email to correct respondent
- Contacting and booking people referred to our glass shops
- Filing documents
- Keep a clean safe reception area complying with all rules and regulations
- Maintaining confidential information
- Light cleaning duties
- Collecting payments from clients
- The this is a Full Time Hourly position from 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
Compensation ranging from $18 - $22 per hour dependent on level of experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Extremely comfortable speaking on the phone
- Self-motivated and Independent
- Excellent time management skills and organization
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Services
- Experience using Point-of-Sale systems
- Ability handle and work with confidential information
- Able to listen and take direction
- Professionalism and enthusiasm
Full-time hours: 40 per week with some flexibility
