As part of our continued growth and digital transformation, the Payroll Services Centre is evolving its organization to accelerate innovation, strengthen execution capabilities, and support its long term growth strategy.

We are seeking a Vice President – Products, Technology, Data & Innovation, an executive leader who will own our digital strategy by bringing together product management, technology platforms, data, and artificial intelligence to drive business growth. Reporting as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, this individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the evolution of our solutions, digital platforms, and innovation capabilities while leading an organization of more than 150 employees and overseeing the overall budget for the division.

Your future duties and responsibilities

As Vice President – Products, Technology, Data & Innovation, you will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy for our products, digital platforms, data, and artificial intelligence capabilities.

You will align business priorities, product strategy, technology, and operations to accelerate product development and commercialization, improve organizational performance, and support the execution of our growth strategy.

Leading multidisciplinary teams, you will develop and drive an integrated vision that accelerates the digital transformation of the Payroll Services Centre while maximizing the value of our technology investments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define the strategic vision and roadmap for products, digital platforms, data, and artificial intelligence.
- Ensure the continuous evolution of technology platforms to support business priorities, growth, and customer experience.
- Translate business needs into innovative digital capabilities that create value for customers and operations.
- Lead the digital transformation portfolio and recommend strategic investment priorities.
- Establish governance for products, platforms, data, and technology to ensure consistent, integrated decision making.
- Develop a data and AI strategy that enhances service delivery, operational performance, and decision making.
- Lead, coach,



and develop multidisciplinary teams composed of leaders in product management, software development, architecture, data, artificial intelligence, and innovation.
- Partner closely with executive leadership, business teams, operations, and technology partners to ensure alignment between strategic priorities and execution.
- Represent the Payroll Services Centre with CGI internal stakeholders on technology platforms, digital initiatives, and investment decisions.

The Profile We're Looking For

You are a strategic and collaborative executive recognized for your ability to translate business vision into measurable results. You excel at building bridges between business, technology, and operations and have a proven ability to unite multidisciplinary teams around shared objectives.

You thrive in complex environments where decisions require balancing innovation, operational excellence, governance, and value creation.

Above all, you are an inspiring, results oriented leader with the ability to influence at the highest levels of the organization.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 15 years of leadership experience, including several years in executive leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading digital products, technology platforms, or large scale transformation programs, ideally within a SaaS environment.
- Significant experience in a SaaS business, considered a strong asset for this role.
- Solid understanding of contemporary technologies, digital architectures, data, and artificial intelligence.
- Experience overseeing investment portfolios and enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated success leading senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams.
- Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Bilingual in English and French.
- Experience in payroll, human capital management (HCM), or a related industry is considered an asset, as it provides valuable insight into the business and customer environment.
