Job Type: Part-time

Schedule: 4-5 shifts a week

- Mondays-Fridays: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Additional shifts and hours available over time

About Us:
Light Touch Studio & Academy is a busy, award-winning beauty and training studio specializing in permanent makeup and advanced aesthetic services. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Greet clients warmly and provide an exceptional customer experience
- Manage appointment check-ins, check-outs, and payments
- Answer phone calls, messages, and emails professionally
- Handle basic administrative tasks and data entry
- Support sales of services, packages, and retail products
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Oversee and assist with social media accounts, including responding to messages, comments, and basic posting as needed

Requirements:

- Ability to commute to SW Edmonton reliably
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role




- Robust customer service skills (this is essential)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Drive (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English is required
- Previous experience in sales or upselling is considered a strong asset
- Previous experience with cold calls is considered a strong asset
- Professional, friendly, and detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills
