Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager who operates with a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, dealership experience, and excellent negotiation skills. This role involves handling the selling and finance aspect of a vehicle, power sports and marine sales, The Finance Manager will also serve as a back up for the Finance Director.
Responsibilities
- Must be able to handle 100 + credit leads.
- Must be able to have achieve target penetrations.
- Must be able to handle a complete sale.
- Collaborate with Sales Management to optimize financial performance.
- Must be able to generate your own business.
- Ensure adherence to all financial policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive, power sports, marine financial services and sales.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal-making
- Excellent customer service orientation combined with sales acumen
- Proficiency in math and analytical skills to interpret complex financial data.
- AMVIC CERTIFIED
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and strategic thinking abilities
