WOW 1 Day Painting Halifax is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented painter to join our growing team. We're a fast-paced residential and light commercial painting company known for speed, quality, and a "wow" client experience.
What you'll do:
- Interior/exterior residential painting (prep, cutting, rolling, spraying)
- Work efficiently as part of a small crew to complete jobs within tight timelines
- Maintain a clean, professional job site and represent the company well to clients
- Follow safety and quality standards on every job — clean lines, no drips, no missed spots
- Take pride in your work and hold yourself to a high finish standard
What we're looking for:
- A positive, can-do attitude — this matters more to us than years of experience
- High attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality workmanship
- Quick learner, willing to learn and take coaching
- Flexible availability, including occasional overtime/weekend work when a job requires it
- Must have own vehicle
- Reliable and punctual, able to work independently or in a crew
- Comfortable on ladders, able to lift 50 lbs
- English or Chinese speakers welcome (Mandarin/Cantonese OK)
