Overview
The Supported Independent Living Coordinator is responsible for leadership and support to ensure the Supported Independent Living services are person-centered, high-quality, and aligned with WinnServ’s mission, vision, and values. The Coordinator guides Supervisors and staff, builds strong relationships with people supported and their networks, and makes sure services help people live full and meaningful lives of their choosing.
This leadership position is responsible for the oversight and case management of approximately 100 people receiving Supported Independent Living services. The Coordinator is accountable for improving services and systems, planning for growth, managing resources, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly. Working in a partially unionized fast-paced environment, the Coordinator will lead staff through change, support performance and development, and guide the department through on-going growth while maintaining a strong focus on quality, person-centered outcomes.
Terms: Full Time, permanent, daytime hours Monday – Friday (some evenings required)
· Working from your home, in people’s homes and out in the community.
- Capable of performing physical tasks associated with person-centered support.
- Working alone or as a team.
· Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
· Must be able to fully participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation

Qualifications
· Degree in Social Sciences or Diploma in Disability and Community Support
· 3-5 years leadership experience in human services
· Must have experience support people with disabilities (ideally, supporting people with intellectual disabilities)
· Must have demonstrated leadership skills and previous experience leading and supporting staff
· Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
· Criminal Record Search with a Vulnerable Sector Search (VSS), and Adult and Child Abuse Registry searches.
· Must have valid Basic First Aid and CPR-C + AED (8 hours).
· Must have good working knowledge with Microsoft Office applications including Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word and Excel.

Pay: $58,843.20-$61,235.00 per year
