Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for an Invoice Processing Administrator in the retail sector in Calgary, Alberta.
Our client is looking for a Junior Invoice Processing Clerk to join their finance team in SE Calgary. Perfect person for this role has experience with high volume invoices, is available to start ASAP, and is proficient with Microsoft Office.
What's in it for you:

- Contract duration: August to September (very high chance of extension and even permanent hire down the line)
- Location: SE Calgary

- Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, full time in-office

Responsibilities:
- Receive, review, and process vendor invoices in the accounting system
- Verify invoice details, including purchase orders, pricing, and approvals
- Data entry, sorting and scanning invoices
- Managing and filing physical and electronic documentation
Requirements:
- 1+ year of invoicing, AP, AR,
bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Bachelor's degree, diploma or certificate in accounting or business administration preferred
- Experience with high volume invoicing preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Available for the full duration of the contract and possible extensions
