Overview
We are seeking an energetic and guest-focused Breakfast & Brunch Server to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service during busy morning and midday hours, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a lively atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, highlighting specials and upselling opportunities
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and processing payments
- Assist in food preparation and food handling tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area,



adhering to sanitation standards and restaurant policies
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, accommodating special requests, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred, with a strong background in hospitality and guest services
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms for order entry and cashiering
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Robust communication skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and making change confidently
